New Manager, Same Old Chelsea!!! Chelsea Football Club suffered another defeat in the Premier League on Saturday, as they were beaten 1-0 by Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux. The result, which leaves the Blues in 11th place in the table, seventh points behind Champions league places, was a huge disappointment for Frank Lampard’s team.  The game began with Chelsea seemingly in control. The opening exchanges of a poor first half were dominated by a flurry of corners - 12 within the first 25 minutes - but there was still little goalmouth action. However, it was Wolves who took the lead in the 31th minute, with M. Nunes scoring a superb goal from the edge of the box. Chelsea has sacked head coach Graham Potter on Sunday after less than seven months in charge. Chelsea fell into the bottom half of the Premier League following Saturday's 2-0 home defeat to Aston Villa, Potter's 11th defeat in 31 games since replacing Thomas Tuchel in September. British Government can remove the man (Roman Abramovich), but not the ideology.
